The Seattle Kraken placed goaltender Chris Driedger and forward Calle Jarnkrok on injured reserve prior to Wednesday's road game against the Detroit Red Wings.
Forward Kole Lind and goaltender Joey Daccord have been recalled from Charlotte of the American Hockey League in corresponding moves.
Goaltender Philipp Grubauer likely will get the start against the Red Wings in place of Driedger, who is nursing an undisclosed injury.
Driedger, 27, owns a 2-2-0 record with a 3.60 goals-against average and .876 save percentage in five games this season.
Jarnkrok, who also is nursing an undisclosed injury, has two points (one goal, one assist) in 14 games this season. The 30-year-old last played in Seattle's 2-1 win over the Carolina Hurricanes on Nov. 24.
Lind, 23, has yet to record a point in eight career NHL games, including one this season with the Kraken.
Daccord, 25, is 0-2-0 with a 4.06 GAA and .855 save percentage in two starts this season with Seattle. He is 1-6-0 with a 3.61 GAA and .887 save percentage in 11 career appearances with the Ottawa Senators and Kraken.
