TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / May 26, 2023 / NOA Lithium Brines Inc. (TSXV:NOAL) ('NOA' or the 'Company') announces that the Company has granted an aggregate of 5,708,000 stock options pursuant to its Stock Option Plan to directors, officers, employees, advisors and consultants of the Company, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The options issued entitle the holder to acquire the same number of common shares of the Company and will be exercisable at a price of $0.50 per common share for a period of 5 years from the date of grant. The options were granted under and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's Stock Option Plan.
