ICBC seeks rate cut for low-risk drivers

B.C drivers who are at low risk of getting into a crash may soon be rewarded for their good records. The Insurance Corporation of B.C. is considering shifting gears on how it prices basic insurance, where the coverage will be driver-focused instead of centring on the current rating system that uses a car's claims history.
